These services include counselling, Psychotherapy, stress management, behaviour modification, crises management, drug abuse management, psychological first aid, motivational interviewing, psycho-spiritual counselling, psycho-social rehabilitation and psychological assessment among others.
The general goal is to maintain or restore harmony between the individual and his environment as well as preserve the sanity and stability of mind required for living a functional and productive life.
