Teachers, nutritionists, dieticians, doctors, clerics often confront helping interactions that require skillful counseling but end up “proffering solutions or providing answers” that are eventually referred to as counseling. The impact values of these modes of interventions have always been low with far-fetch potentials for lasting behavior change and attainment of personal autonomy. The course is therefore designed to assist human services practitioners with the basic knowledge and skills to provide impactful counseling services to clients.
